What to do if your order isn’t right?

At thirdeye coffee roasters, every bag is roasted fresh to order. Because coffee beans are a perishable product, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges once it has left our roastery.

If something’s not right with your order – for example, it arrives in damaged packaging, you receive the wrong blend, or there’s an issue with your subscription – please get in touch with us at orders@thirdeyecoffee.nz within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll put it right as quickly as possible.

This policy does not affect your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
